Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew met hierarchs and other prominent figures at the Phanar today, on the 3rd of March 2021.

More specifically, the Ecumenical Patriarch received the following:

Metropolitan Meliton of Philadelphia asked the wished of the Ecumenical Patriarch for his name day.

Archbishop Aram Ateşyan, Hierarch of the Armenian Patriarchate in Constantinople.

Archbishop Ramzi Garmou of Amida (Diyarbakır), Head of the Chaldean Catholic Church in Turkey, together with Presbyter Remzi Diril.

Christos Teazis, Professor at the University of Ankara.

Yakup Öner, Head of the Department of Technical Services and Works of the Metropolitan Municipality of Constantinople(İ.BB Fen İşleri).

Çağatay Seçkin, Director of the Green Department (Park ve Bahçeler Müdürü) of the same Municipality, together with his colleague, Architect Ece Yurtaçan.

Kubilay Metin, Head of the 2nd District of the Local Directorate of Vakoufia in Constantinople.

In addition, Metropolitan Demetrios of Goumenissa, Axioupolis and Polykastro represented the Ecumenical Patriarch, during the funeral of late Metropolitan Emmanuel of Polyani and Kilkis Emmanuel, which was held today at the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Transfiguration in Kilkis, Greece.
